Originally marketed by the Kaiser/Fraser Corporation, the company's first compact was named after the corporation's founder, Henry J. Kaiser. After Sears Roebuck purchased the rights to the vehicle, they rebadged it as the "AllState" and sold it primarily through their catalog and mostly to the Southern States. By the end of 1953 the car was no longer being manufactured. Some 1100 left over 53s were reserialized and sold as 54s but no cars were built in that year. With the exception of the removal of the front windwings and slight radiusing of the wheel wells, this body is much the same as iit was in 1951. As true rodders used to do, many donor vehicles were used in the construction of this one. Low reserve and quality build make this an exceptional opportunity.
